Fender American Special Jazz Bass

After ownership of a number of acoustic guitars, electric guitars, bass guitars, including a couple of upright styles, I have come to the conclusion that my guitar playing is going to be done on an acoustic or on an electric bass.

After deciding to sell both my Fender Strat and Cremona upright bass, I had my eye on two or three bass guitars.  The first of these to be added to the "arsenal" was the Fender American Jazz Bass in sunburst finish.

I ordered on-line from Musician's Friend and it arrived on December 13, 2013.   This guitar came with a gig bag but within a couple of days after getting it, I ordered a Fender tweed-finish hard-shell case.
