I was first contacted by
Brian on August 2, 2018. This
FG-360 would be the 64th Japanese model that we know of and number
98 overall. An interesting note about this guitar is that it
is the first Japanese model that we know of that was available for
export to the US but was actually bought in Japan. David, My name is Brian Vaubel and I live in St. Marys, KS. I was in the Air Force in the earlier seventies stationed at Kadena AFB Okinawa. I bought my FG 360 in Koza City but am unsure of the date. If I remember right I paid a little over $300 for it which was a lot of money at that time. Serial number is 30509 indicating May 9 of 73 was the build date. I still have it and still play it. I consider it a good guitar with a neck that is to thick for my smaller hands.
