Grape Hammock Airboat Ride
David, Zoe and their five kids spent
February 16 - 21 with us. Their visit has become
an annual event. On Monday, February 18, we drove
over to Lake Wales and took an airboat ride from the
Grape Hammock Fish Camp. We took the same ride a
few years ago and really enjoyed it and we felt the kids
would enjoy it as well. Goodwin, who was only
about seven months old, wasn't overly thrilled with the
noise, but everyone else seemed to have a good time.
We got to see some alligators and quite
a bit of other wildlife. These pictures are
completely unedited. Some will appear very similar
but that is because when you are shooting wildlife, they
aren't always posing, so several similar shots may have
been taken.
