Hawaii ... Kamaka Ukelele facility

First thing on the morning of October 24, Marcia and Kristin took the dogs to the dog park for an hour or so.  After breakfast we drove into downtown Honolulu and toured the Kamaka Ukulele plant.  It was very interesting.  Sam Kamaka started the business in 1916.  His two sons took it over when he retired.  The younger son, Fred, is now 90.  He was our tour guide and was pretty amazing.  He was energetic and entertaining and made the tour.
