Hawaii ... Snorkeling at Waikiki Beach

On Thursday, October 30, we spent the morning assembling a gas grill that Kris and Mel bought and hadn't had a chance to put together yet.  We then drove to Waikiki to do some snorkeling on the famous beach there.  We parked in a public lot near the Hale Koa Hotel and hit the beach there.  The water was much more calm than it was on the north shore and we saw a lot of marine life there.
