Hawaii ... Swap Meet at Aloha Stadium

Three days a week, there is a "Swap Meet and Marketplace" at Aloha Stadium.  Also known as Hawaiian Airlines Field at Aloha Stadium, it is the home of the University of Hawaii football team. It is in a suburb of Honolulu.  We spent part of the day there on Sunday, October 25.  Basically, it is a massive flea market set up in the parking lots around the entire perimeter of the stadium.  We parked and started walking.  We kept expecting to turn around at some point and head back, but after two or three hours there, Mel and Kristin started heading into the parking lot and we realized we had hiked around the entire place.  We picked up a number of things for the grandchildren and a few souvenirs for ourselves, including a ukulele for David.

The bad news is that David has decided that on each subsequent trip to visit the girls in Hawaii, he will have to pick up a new ukulele!
