This vehicle was both the first Ford that David ever owned and
David, Jr's first driver. Being David Jr's ride, details
were pretty vague on it. David thought it was bought from an
individual in Star Lake in 1999. After conferring with David
Jr. on it, it seems that we bought it in December 1999 from
Watertown Auto, a used car dealer on outer Washington Street in
Watertown. Dad was one for two!
It had a 4 cylinder engine and a 5 speed manual transmission.
David Jr. drove this through high school and his first year at SLU.
Being 2 wheel drive, it didn't handle very well in the snow so we
got rid of it in January 2002 when we bought him the GMC
Jimmy. Maybe we sold it to a man in Star Lake!
