After his first year at SLU, David Jr. decided he wanted an SUV.
The Ford Ranger he was driving
didn't handle very well at all in the snow, so we went
shopping. We found this SUV at Davidson's in
Watertown. The asking price was a lot more than we wanted to
spend, but Davy was willing to pay for part of it. We worked
out an agreement with him and bought the GMC.
It served him during his last three years at St. Lawrence and
his three years at Albany College of Pharmacy. It's a good
thing he worked throughout college, because owning an older 4
wheel drive vehicle can get costly.
