As described in our "cottage" page, we now live on the eastern end of Lake Ontario, on the North Shore Road of Pillar Point (Jefferson County Route 59).  The property has been in the Schryver family since 1939 and David's grandfather built the original structure within the next year or so.  David's father had a hand in many projects that went on there and then we totally renovated the cottage before having the "addition" built in 2012.

There are still some little things that need finishing and that will probably be the case for some time.  Having settled into the retirement thing, with traveling, playing and having fun, some of this has taken longer than originally expected!
